No need to go to Dermatalogist. I have wonderful results. Buy a Hydrogen Peroxide either diluted or not, does not matter. I am using it as it is. Just wet the cotton ball with HP and dab it on to your acne. You will immediately see the white thing coming out of your acne. Keep it for 10 minutes and then touch with warm water towel. If you feel the dryness, just apply a very small amount of castor oil on the area. Because this also helps healing yr acne faster. But to remind you, HP may tend to turn your facial hair bleach, so just take that caution. But your acne/pimples scars will slowly go.
