what are some home remedies for getting rid of ring worm?
I have ring worm and id really like it to be gone fast. i tried drug store medication and no luck. I need some home remedies, not bleach, my friend tried that and it scarred her. what are some other, non-scarring home remedies i could use?

Common ringworm cures
#1 – DO NOT SCRATCH
Topical creams containing miconazole and clotrimazole can be used to kill off the fungus. Lamasil and Lotrimin are reported to work well.
Black walnut extract applied directly to each infection daily can speed healing.
Daily application of iodine will also hasten the healing of ringworm.
Daily application of calamine lotion.
Athlete’s foot and other antifungal creams can be used also.
Cover each spot with a bandage to avoid touching things and spreading the infection.
Some folks swear that clear nail polish applied to each welt will kill the ringworm. Others swear it wll not.
u gotta have somethin that kills fungus, buy the tinactin in the spray can that u use for athletes foot, they have a generic too at wal-mart. my lil girl got one from my step daughter and thats what i used, it will take it a week or so to dry up and go away, but it works.
I’ve heard of using clear nail polish, leave it on all day, before bed soak with polish remover on pad until gone.
Also heard a paste made of salt and vinegar leave on about 5mins, gone in a week.
