acne scars can be removed by laser or IPL but better consult your dermatologist first because s/he has to see what kind of scars they are (if they’re very deep etc) ..it will definitely take more than one session (so don’t think that you can get rid of them very fast). It’s also a bit expensive (since you want it on your back which is quite a large area). Prices for laser treatment vary (depends on the country and so on) but to give you an idea it would cost around 100euros (sry I don’t know the equivalent in american dollars) per session (for your back and face)

first stop digging at it or else they will all scar. Then u should find a good product that can cure acne. I have herd that proactive solution is a great product for ur skin.
