However, this can have some side-effects for your health as you may know. Getting weight is one of them.

4-  A good way to get rid of acne is controlling how much vitamins and minerals you intake every day. Is well known that a lack of vitamin A,C, and E as well as Iron can cause you acne outbreaks. Having a healthy diet with lots of green vegetables is a must for a healthy skin. You can take supplements as well.

5-  Water is very important in fighting acne skin. Drinking a proper quantity of water can help you get rid of the toxins in your body.
